Refund policy
At Print in a Box, our priority is for you to have a print you’re happy with!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.
Our returns policy is broken down into three options.
Exchanges - We offer a free exchange for any print you are unhappy with. If there was an error with your order we are happy to cover the cost of shipping. However, if the exchange is based on style or personal taste we require you to cover the cost of shipping.
Store Credit - Any returns with this option will get a full refund plus a bonus that can go towards a new order.
Direct Refund - If you return your print within the 30-day window we can provide a direct refund (minus a handling fee). However, we can provide a full direct refund if there was an error with your order.
<How to instigate a return or exchange>
Head to our Returns Portal here where you can process the return/exchange, selecting the suitable solution. We will then give you a returns label, which you can then print out, place on your box and send back to us!
Please note; if you are wanting to exchange your print for a different size we will try to match the print you initially received, although due to stock limitations this might not always be possible.
If your reason for exchange is that would you just prefer a different team’s print we can only exchange this for you ONCE, anything more will not be accepted.
You MUST return the print in the condition you received it in. We DO NOT accept any items without tags.
